How to use
Four ways to finish a pack
Overnight chia pudding
Stir 3 tablespoons of chia into a cup of milk or curd. Leave in the fridge overnight, then top with fruit or nuts.
Flax through your roti dough
Add a spoonful of ground flax to your atta and mix it through before kneading. It disappears into the dough.
Pumpkin seeds as a snack
Eat them straight from the pack, or scatter over salads, poha and trail mix for crunch.
Sabja lemon cooler
Soak a teaspoon of sabja in water for 10 minutes until it swells, then stir into lemon water or any summer cooler.
Common questions
How much should I eat each day?
A spoonful or two sprinkled over food is a common way to include seeds in a normal diet. We cannot give personal dietary advice — if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or managing a health condition, please check with your doctor first.
Do chia and sabja seeds need soaking?
Both absorb liquid and swell, which is why they are popular in drinks and puddings. Sabja is normally soaked in water for a few minutes before use. Chia is usually stirred into yogurt, oats or milk and left to soften, but it can be eaten dry as well — just drink water alongside if you do.
How should I store the seeds?
Keep the pack sealed and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong smells. Seeds keep best in an airtight container once opened. Always check the date on the pack.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 6 working days depending on your pin code. Delivery is free on orders over ₹499, and you receive a tracking link or reference when your parcel is dispatched.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We offer a 7-day refund or return policy on orders delivered in India. The 7-day window starts on the delivery date recorded by the courier, and your request needs to reach us within that window. Full details are on our refund policy page.
Are your seeds organic?
We do not currently hold an organic certificate, so we do not describe our seeds as organic. They are cleaned, quality-checked and packed fresh in small batches.
