Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://nutroally.shop and any purchase you make from Nutroally. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the store only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You confirm that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Products and descriptions

We sell edible seeds, including chia, flax, pumpkin and sabja, with more varieties and combos to follow. We describe our products as accurately as we can, including net weight and pack type.

Images, colours and packaging are for reference and may vary slightly between batches. Natural products such as seeds can differ in size and appearance from one lot to another.

Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice. Please read the pack and check the ingredients before use, especially if you have allergies.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST where it applies. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for the product.

Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. A delivery charge applies to orders below ₹499, and the charge is shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by PayU and support UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We do not store your full payment credentials.

We may change prices and offers at any time. A change does not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Order acceptance and refusal

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm and dispatch it. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where:

• The product is out of stock or has been withdrawn.
• The delivery address is outside our service area or cannot be served.
• The payment is not authorised, is reversed, or fails a fraud check.
• A pricing or listing error is discovered.
• The order appears to be for resale in breach of these terms.

Your delivery responsibilities

You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address, pin code, phone number and any landmark or access details. Please check these before you pay.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or delivery repeatedly failed, re-dispatch may involve an additional delivery charge.

If we cancel an order, any amount already paid for it is refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Nutroally name, logo, text, product descriptions, images and page design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nutroally is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, arising from your use of the site or from a product.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the seller's registered city.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the latest last updated date. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the revised terms.
